ByPillow is an excellent small hotel for short trips. Front Desk is managed 24/7 (and thank God...we could never get the front door to open with the code). You use a code to get into the hotel and into your room, so no key/card to worry about. Room is small but that was expected. The room includes free, UNLIMITED drinking water, which is VERY helpful in the summer heat. Room was clean, with a comfy bed, and A/C worked amazing. Bathroom was very good. Our room window was toward the street and we were on the first floor (remember: ground level is floor zero here) but we could not hear any significant noise. Hotel is close to drinks/dining, shopping, el Mercado (for snacks and food not bread and jamon), and bus stations. Beach (we recommend La Caleta) was very accessible. Our only complaint was that one small towel had a strong urine smell when we checked in but we just did not use it and they changed it. Excellent all around!

Great sized room with everything you needed for a short stay! Comfortable beds, spacious living area, I loved the shampoos/soaps in the bathroom, the whole building was very clean, lovely mini bar station downstairs for a coffee or quick refreshment, staff were super friendly and over it was a great experience, great location and would definitely stay again!
